Who we are
This website is run by SWAP CARZ Pvt. Ltd., SADGURU SANIDHYA, New Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. For any privacy question, email jay.shotbid@gmail.com or call 7567560997.
What we collect through the enquiry form
When you send an enquiry we ask for your name, mobile number, email address, the car you are interested in, pickup and return dates and times, your pickup and drop location or, if you choose home delivery, your delivery address, and any message you add.
Today, pressing "Send on WhatsApp" opens WhatsApp with these details written into a message. Nothing is stored on our website when you do this; the message is only sent if you press send in WhatsApp.
When our enquiry system goes live, pressing "Send Enquiry" will also store these details securely so we can reply and manage your booking. This page will be updated before that happens.
WhatsApp, phone and email
If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive your number or address and what you send us. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC (Meta), and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
We use these details only to reply to you, arrange your rental and, if you choose home delivery, find your location.
Cookies and analytics
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run any tracking scripts.
Your colour theme choice (light or dark) is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. Details you type into the booking panel on the home page are kept in your browser for the current visit only, so they can be carried into the enquiry form.
If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Server logs
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.
How long we keep your details
We keep enquiry and booking conversations for as long as we need them to provide the rental and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jay.shotbid@gmail.com and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page whenever the way we handle information changes. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
